Nh Firenze Hotel

I had a great experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff was very attentive and the hotel was clean and inviting. I especially enjoyed the amazing breakfast and the friendly bar service. One of the best aspects was the rooftop pool, which was a gem to enjoy at sunset. the location was also key, as it was within walking distance of the city galleries and museums. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like during my stay. there was an unpleasant surprise at the end when I found out that the city tax was not included in the price.

It was also just a short walk from the historical city center. The hotel offered excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to assist with any requests. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing a stunning view of the surroundings.

I really enjoyed my stay here. This place is conveniently located near the river and only a short distance away from the city center. The water pressure in the shower was quite poor, taking a long time to get warm water.

Everything was spot on.

The rooftop view was amazing, and the swimming pool was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The room was clean with excellent air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The tram stop just 2 minutes away made it convenient to reach the city center.
